  Now that we've identified we're feeling mediocrity or low. Take this opportunity to perform a deep dive and journal how you spend your time. Breakdown your average weekly utilization by simple categories, such as Career/Job, Sleep, Kids, Wellness or Investment/Side Hustle to get a sense of the big picture. Identify which categories are stressors and that are limiting your ability from living a life of fulfillment and joy. In the same light, its also critical to be honest with yourself of how vices are influencing your life.
