Now that we've identified we're feeling mediocrity or low. Take this opportunity to perform a deep dive and journal how you spend your time. Breakdown your average weekly utilization by simple categories, such as Career/Job, Sleep, Kids, Wellness or Investment/Side Hustle to get a sense of the big picture. Identify which categories are stressors and that are limiting your ability from living a life of fulfillment and joy. In the same light, its also critical to be honest with yourself of how vices are influencing your life. It many instances, not having appropriate control of vices subconsciously effect us more than we know, stayed tuned for a future episode on vices.
